The room amenities, such as the ironing facilities, air conditioning, and in-room safe, were all well-maintained and enhanced my stay. The staff at this venue were exceptional, always greeting me with a warm smile and going above and beyond to ensure my needs were met. Additionally, the free Wi-Fi and free parking offered added convenience to my stay.

This place has a cozy family atmosphere. the rooms are newly renovated and always kept clean. They come with a nice balcony to relax on and lovely pictures on the walls. the staff here are super attentive and friendly! 😊

Guests can treat themselves to delicious meals at the hotel's restaurant. Neighbouring supermarkets provide guests with everything necessary for a relaxed stay. Views of the surrounding natural beauty from the room help guests relax after a day of sightseeing.

There are some issues with the water temperature and pressure that need immediate attention by the hotel management.

Parking in the area was somewhat difficult due to the overcrowded street. The water temperature in our room was unstable, and the toilet was inconvenient.

The hotel exceeded my expectations. Top notch beds, seemed like a five-star hotel. Friendly and helpful reception staff. Clean and cool with aircon.

During my Christmas stay at this hotel, I found the staff to be very friendly and knowledgeable about the area. They offered great recommendations for local restaurants and activities, and the complimentary breakfast was delicious and plentiful. the location was also fantastic, with easy access to public transportation and key tourist spots.

I was disappointed to find that the towels were changed daily, despite my request for eco-friendly policies. the room was not as clean as I would have liked, with a strong odor and stains on the furniture.
